A little about Kiddie Kottage:

Kiddie Kottage is a family-owned and operated facility. Milisa and Scott O’Sullivan, our owners and directors started an in-home daycare business in 1998 in order to provide a quality, reliable daycare setting for her three daughters. In doing so, she was licensed by DCFS to eventually care for up to 12 children with a full-time assistant.

In 2003, Kiddie Kottage Child Care opened in a small home purchased for the daycare center providing care for children aged 2 to 5 years. After the community accepted the new facility, Kiddie Kottage broke ground on a second center—next door to allow the additional care of infants, toddlers, and school-agers—in September of 2006. The building was a commercial property with two additional running businesses. We eventually knocked down walls and filled the whole building as Kiddie Kottage Child Care Inc.

Seeing growth and having plentiful success in the area, we opened our second location in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin in 2013. After nearly ten years of rooting ourselves in the community and watching our students grow, in 2022 we opened up our third and fourth locations in Elkhorn, Wisconsin.
